Dolce & Organic came about because I felt that there was something missing in the healthy lifestyle space.
Healthy living can seem unattainable, but Dolce & Organic is here to help you.
People are constantly asking me how I do it all, from being a fit mom to working to still maintaining a social life.
I get endless questions about food, kids and nutrition, so I decided to create Dolce & Organic. I hope you enjoy as much as I did creating it.
My Inspiration
Peruvian roots inspire our food.
The inspiration behind Dolce & Organic was to create
the perfect healthy full of nutrients snack for my family.
At the heart of my cooking philosophy-and also responsible
for my physique - is the Peruvian cuisine that I grew up with.
Superfoods are native to my homeland this include Quinoa, Maca, Purple corn, Pichuberry (golden berry) and Camucamu. This is due to the variety
of climates in the country from the cold Andes Mountains to the dry Pacific coasts.
